I’m a business consultant helping startups and SME’s. Working as a strategic partner, I help to build business operations and facilitate growth by creating roadmaps, developing and optimizing processes, and creating goals.

I also provide tightly focused business support that identifies gaps within a company and its processes, and then we work together in one or two weekly sessions to design appropriate weekly goals, discuss progress and problems, provide accountability, and make new goals.

With an MBA in Global Management, 10 years of startup and small business management experience, and a robust network of professional partners, I’m eager to help your business to function properly and get positioned for growth.

I'm passionate about reading, cycling, snorkeling, swimming, photography, and cooking Italian food. As someone who values family, integrating these activities with loved ones enriches my life and strengthens our bond.
